Toddler Program
Our toddler program classrooms provide a safe and comfortable environment for your child to become familiar with order, patterns, and languages. During these years, children are eager to apply language skills and are eager to start doing things by themselves, thereby developing a sense of self-efficacy. It is a period characterized by the need to explore everything and to move and develop large motor coordination and strength. Toddlers develop a capacity to create symbols, images and concepts and become aware of himself/herself as a separate and independent person. The staff to child ratio is 1:12.
Our Toddler’s room welcomes children ages 18 months to 30 months.
Hot lunch is available and made daily for children who can eat solid food.

The Classroom
The toddler room is set up for your child to comfortably explore new toys, structures, and patterns. These years are characterized by earnest curiosity and a need to move and develop large motor coordination and strength.
Language Development
The Montessori philosophy acknowledges that there is a huge expansion into language during this stage. Your child develops a capacity to create symbols, images, and concepts and becomes aware of himself/herself as a separate and independent person. Many parents report that their children learn big words easily and with pleasure - which results in more fun and positive interactions by being able to express their needs through words instead of through tantrums.
Mastering Toilet Training
Done the Montessori way, mastering toilet training is a focus during our program. The bathrooms are set up to give the child as much independence as possible.
